Capitalist Realism

This book has a lot of great reviews and I’m sure it is valuable to a lot of people who have the necessary intellectual framework. However I found it very heavy going as I’m missing the in-depth knowledge about a lot of the cultural, and political figures that are mentioned. Knowledge that is assumed to be a pre-requisite for reading the book. Maybe I’ll be back in a few years when I’ve done the necessary background reading.
