This is a hints, tips, reviews, and strategy guide to Sega games. This book was released for a total of 4 Editions, each slightly different. The first version covered the Sega Master System, {SMS}, and the Sega Genesis/Sega Mega Drive {SG/SMD} consoles, it had 58 games reviewed with gray-scale screenshots. The second edition removed the 'Master System' game reviews, and instead there are new reviews for SG/SMD, and the Sega Game Gear {SGG}, and later in the '94 Edition, the Sega CD {SCD} games. The second, titled "Official Sega Genesis & Game Gear Strategies", ISBN: 0553354841 and following books had a completily different title. For each game, the book originally had a statistics style overview; 'Category {Genre}, Graphics, {Controller} Response, Sound, Fun, and a over all score.
