Throughout the book, supplementary sections and also paragraphs or brief notes supplementary in nature have been included where necessary for mathematical completeness. At the end of each exercise, harder questions or those dealing with supplementary material are numbered in red. Each chapter concludes with a concise summary of the material covered, followed by a review exercise.
