David Colson, Carol Fox Prescott, Sandra Thornton, Allan Gruet, John Remme, Sidney Ben-Zali, Phil Killian, Martin Vidnovic, and Reid Shelton, settings and costumes by John Bury, lighting by F. Mitchell Dana, orchestrations by Don Walker, dance music arranged by Clay Fullum, musical direction and vocal arrangements by Dobbs Franks, directed and choreographed by Michael Kidd.
