Écume
Isidora Gajicœs (Belgrade, Serbia 1988) transform her feelings and relationships into photographs. Using images as a form of visual poetry she captures her feminity and life experiences. The visual quality of the foam (in French âEcumeʺ, the title of this book) is also present in the snow; it is a very expressive, beautiful and compelling quality, leaving the sublime in a distant horizon line, but present as an ambiguous photographic image, diaphanous and transitory but also perennial as a testimony of the itinerary of the artist's life experiences.ʺ --Page [260]. Isidora has worked with artist such as: Paul Blanka and Miguel Rio Branco.
