Darío Villalba Flórez (San Sebastián, 1939) is a key figure in the Spanish artworld. His work spearheads one of the historic changes in this countryœs art: the transit from informalism to conceptualism. His own work flowsfrom pictorial subject matter to the use of photographic imagery.
