"The purpose of this report is to examine travel characteristics of the two major state highways serving the City of Malden. The Routes are Missouri Route 25 and U. S. Route 62. More specifically, the study will determine the nature of travel entering, leaving and traversing the study are, what effect the travel on these routes has on the study area, and how motorists utilizing these routes may be served better."
