Retired Judge McNamara has been approached by his good friend, to go undercover on a cruise because of numerous thefts that have occurred on this particular cruise ship. Heightened security and an abundance of investigators have not discovered the perpetrator. The judge insists that he take his good friend, retired actress, Bella Fairbanks, to help give credence to his cover story, which is simply as a vacationing cruise enthusiast. Bella, convinces the judge, that she always works best in a character role with her family, and that is why the judge and Bella, the Spencers (Garret, Veronica & baby Belle), and the Delaneys (Rian & Daisy) all find themselves on a delightful cruise vacation.
