Geriatric home care utilization, San Francisco, 1968-1975

This survey of 2,436 geriatric clients served by the San Francisco Home Health Services, Inc. between 1968-1975 now contains two files. The first is a Class II file with a machine-readable codebook which documents service use from entry to exit. It contains 64 variables on 2,436 cases. The second is a Class IV history file which is distributed as received from SFHHS. Its 23 variables document such items as billing date, pay plan, and frequency and intensity of assistance.
